REGISTER MISSING POINTS

WHY HAVEN’T THE POINTS FROM MY PURCHASES BEEN REGISTERED?

To earn points for a purchase, you must have registered your EuroBonus card at the time of purchase at the card terminal or if you purchased online, registered your EuroBonus number at the time of purchase.

If you have not registered your EuroBonus number at the time of purchase you cannot earn a credit score afterwards.

If you have registered your card at the time of purchase but still have not scored, you can report it.

Your points will normally be registered on your account within one (working) day of you using your EuroBonus card at one of our participating partners. In the worst case, however, it can take up to 21 days before points are registered. If you cannot see your points after 21 days, please fill out the form below so that we can help you find out why you haven’t received them.
Requests for missing points can be submitted at least 8 days after the date of purchase, and can take place up to six months after the date of purchase.

Please note that to be able to register missing points you must have a receipt from the store.
